DALLAS – (May 11, 2026) – Kiln, a leading provider of boutique, hospitality-driven coworking and flex-office communities, is expanding eastward to Texas, opening on May 18, 2026 in Preston Hollow (at The Hill at North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane) and in late 2026 in Plano (at Shops at Legacy North.) 

The 23,000-square-foot Kiln Preston Hollow location will be home to 300+ entrepreneurs, creators, remote professionals, and enterprise teams. Kiln’s Texas debut at The Hill will connect its members to a popular mix of shopping, wellness, and dining experiences set in retrofitted, mid-century buildings reimagined for today’s consumers. The specialized retail offerings and community-centered open space cater to the adjacent Park Cities, Lakewood, and Lake Highlands communities in addition to Preston Hollow. 

Kiln Preston Hollow’s design-forward workspace blends flexible private offices, large studios, open coworking areas, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, theater space, refresh rooms, and podcast/audio recording capabilities. Members also will benefit from curated local partnerships, community programming, and neighborhood experiences designed to foster connection, collaboration, and engagement both inside and outside the workspace.. 

Demand at Kiln Preston Hollow is strong, with just three of nine eight-person studio offices still available. A limited number of two- and four-person offices and club memberships also remain. The 28,000-square-foot Kiln Plano location will open in late 2026 at The Shops at Legacy North, tapping into one of North Texas’ most established corporate corridors and dense network of professionals. In addition to Kiln Preston Hollow amenities, Kiln Plano also will have a wellness studio.
