Curated Conversations 01: The Space You're In
Kiln Portland, Theater
June 18, 2026
4:00pm - 5:30pm PDT
Curated Conversations is a new panel format from FLOURISH — intimate, substantive discussions between creatives about the real questions behind the work. No fluff, no lecture. Just honest conversation opened to the room.

The first installment is hosted and moderated by DOMINO — music artist, director, creator, and founder of FLOURISH.

---

The Theme: "The Space You're In"

How does the space you inhabit — physical, psychological, creative — shape what you make and who you become while making it? Three threads drive the conversation:
— Environment as creative input: how the spaces we build and work inside actively shape the output
— Dual identity: what it means to hold a professional self and an artistic self at the same time
— Creative interruption: what constraint, change, or reinvention reveals about what you were always trying to say
---

The Guests:

> Debbie Baxter — Photographer and founder of Blackbird Studio / The Nest Project
> Ramsey — Videographer and 3D visual world-builder
> Kindall — Dancer and owner of a Portland dance studio

---

Format: 60–75 min. 40 min moderated conversation, 20 min open to the room. Light reception after.
