How it works
- Apply. Tell us about yourself, where you share, and which Kiln location you’d like to represent. It takes about five minutes.
- Meet the team. If it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a short interview.
- Tour your location. Visit the Kiln you’ll represent so you can speak about it firsthand.
- Sign on. Sign a simple ambassador agreement and receive our brand guidelines.
- Get your code. You’ll receive a custom referral code with an exclusive offer for your audience.
- Share and earn. When your followers tour and join, you earn.
What you earn
Your followers get an exclusive offer for joining through your code, and no upfront payment. You earn at two stages — when a referral tours, and when they become a member.
- $25 when your referral completes a tour
- 5% of the contract value, no cap, when they sign a fixed-term membership
- 10% of their first month, no cap, when they sign month to month
Tours count when a new prospect books with your code and completes the tour, confirmed by the location’s community manager. Memberships count when the referral signs within 60 days of their tour. Commissions are paid monthly.

Is there a cost to join the Kiln Ambassador Program?
No. The program is free, and there are no upfront payments.
How do I know if I'm accepted?
We'll email you after we review your application. If it's a fit, we'll schedule a short interview and a tour of your location.
Which location do I represent?
You'll represent one Kiln location, chosen when you apply. Your code works for tours at that location.
How long does my referral code last?
Each code is valid for 30 days from when we issue it. We can send you a new code each month, often with a new offer for your audience.
When do I get paid?
Tour payouts and commissions are paid monthly.
What if someone was already talking to Kiln?
We credit referrals to new prospects only. If two ambassadors refer the same person, credit goes to the first code recorded in our system.
Do I need to disclose that I'm an ambassador?
Yes. When you share Kiln, clearly note that you're a paid partner, for example with #ad or #KilnPartner. Our brand guidelines include examples.
Do I need to be a Kiln member to join?
No, but members are welcome.
