From two-person huddle rooms to boardrooms that seat twenty, every room is furnished, cleaned, and ready the moment you walk in. Most are set up for presenting and for video calls, with a screen, a whiteboard, and a conferencing camera and mic.

The hourly rate is the whole rate. There is no separate line for the Wi-Fi, the coffee, the furniture, or the person on site making sure it all works.
That goes for everyone in your party, not just whoever made the booking. Your guests check in at the front desk, help themselves to the kitchen, and can use the lounge between sessions. The room is cleaned and reset when you are done.

Our theaters and atriums are built to be rearranged. Rows of chairs for a presentation, a panel, or a screening. Chairs cleared for a reception, a networking mixer, a launch party, or a wellness class. Tables in for a workshop, a hackathon, or an all-day training.
Every space is A/V equipped, and someone from the community team is on site while you are here. Our largest venues hold up to 250 guests, and catering can be arranged through the local team for an additional charge.

What kinds of meeting and event spaces does Kiln offer?
Kiln has more than 240 bookable meeting and event spaces across its communities, ranging from small huddle rooms that seat three to venues that hold up to 250 guests. Options include conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, lounges, galleries, and dedicated event venues.
Many spaces can be arranged in a theater, classroom, U-shape, round table, or cocktail reception layout, so the same room can work for a client meeting, an all-hands, a workshop, or an evening reception.
Do I need to be a Kiln member to book a meeting or event space?
No. Kiln meeting rooms and event venues are available to book whether or not you are a member. Members can reserve space as part of their plan, and non-members are welcome to book directly.

How much does it cost to rent a meeting room or event space at Kiln?
Kiln meeting and event spaces are priced by the hour, so you only pay for the time you need. Rates start around $40 per hour for smaller meeting rooms and increase with capacity, layout, and the production needs of larger event venues.

What is included when I book a space at Kiln?
Most Kiln meeting rooms are equipped for presentations and video calls, with presentation screens, whiteboards, and conferencing cameras and microphones. Many spaces also support wireless screen sharing through AirPlay, Miracast, or USB-C, and a smaller number include recording equipment or whiteboard cameras.

Most rooms can be reserved online. A smaller number of larger venues are confirmed by the local team after a quick review, to make sure the space is the right fit for what you are planning.

Yes. Share what you have in mind and the team at that location will walk you through the room’s A/V, talk through layout options, and point you toward catering and vendors they work with nearby.

How large an event can Kiln host?
Kiln’s largest venues accommodate up to 250 guests, with theaters, galleries, and open lounges available across a number of communities. Offsites, board meetings, and workshops are well served by rooms in the six to forty person range.
