What is Kiln?

Kiln is a collection of boutique flex-office communities, each hand-crafted and programmed to elevate lifestyle and performance. Month-to-month memberships are available to meet the demands of creatives, startups, and enterprise teams.

Can I take a tour?

What are your hours of operation?

Our members are able to access our spaces 24/7, while walk-in guests are welcome from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

How does membership work?

All Kiln memberships for individuals and teams operate on a month-to-month basis with a 60-day notice. Memberships include all-inclusive access to our robust set of amenities and community events.

What amenities does Kiln provide?

At the heart of each of our communities is hospitality. Facilitated by our community teams, our members are able to take advantage of podcast studios, refresh rooms, yoga and mindfulness sessions, private workout pods, morning and afternoon snacks, self-serve beverage stations, meeting rooms, phone booths, atrium space, theater space, reception services, mail services, and much more.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are welcome. The space is as much yours as it is ours.

Can I work from any Kiln location?

Yes, Kiln members have access to all Kiln locations. With a Private Office/Studio or Resident Desk Kiln membership, your private office will be in your primary Kiln location, but you will still have full Club membership access at every other location.

Can I host events at Kiln?

Yes, Kiln hosts events for members and non-members alike. Events range from work meetings, happy hours, larger gatherings, product demos, film screenings, and speaker series! We work with each host to make sure your event is beautiful, fun, and comfortable for your guests.

Do you have conference rooms?

Each Kiln is equipped with a generous amount of meeting spaces, such as phone booths, casual seating areas, conference rooms, atriums, and theater spaces. When you need to meet, we’ll have the space.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we appreciate that furry friends can decrease stress and in turn improve the overall wellness and productivity of our members.

Can I speak on the phone?

Yes, of course. Should a conversation run long or it be more private in nature, there are phone booths scattered throughout our communities for in the moment use.

Can I use Kiln as my business mailing address?

Yes!
