Founding House membership is $99/mo billed annually, or $129/mo month to month, and includes full access to the Daybreak house. Club membership, which adds every other Kiln community, is $275/mo at the founding rate. Resident desks and private offices are priced on request.

No. Daybreak does not offer mail handling or a registered business address, so members who need one keep a separate mailbox.
