Some days you need to get out of the house. Other days you need somewhere to belong. This House has room for both.
9–5: Find your focus.
Bring your laptop. Take a seat in the lounge or a quieter corner and work through your day around other people — without it being a whole thing.
After hours: Find your people.
Close the laptop and stay a while. Evenings and weekends are for member-led clubs, talks, and small gatherings — a book club, a chess night, a few neighbors before a Bees game.
Phone booths for calls, bookable rooms for meetings, and the shared lounge stays shared. Member-hosted gatherings are subject to booking, capacity, and House guidelines.

Kiln is a Utah-founded boutique coworking and flex office company with communities across the western U.S.: beautiful spaces, real hospitality, and memberships for individuals and teams. Daybreak is our newest, and the first built into a neighborhood.
A place near home for doing your best work and spending time around other people. During 9–5, the shared House is a lounge-style workspace. After hours and on weekends, it makes room for member-led clubs and approved gatherings. Daybreak also has resident desks and small private offices.
Shared-space access at Kiln Daybreak, phone booths, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, and the opportunity to participate in the House community. Meeting-room credits are purchased separately at a 50% discount. Some events may carry a separate fee.
There are 200 founding House memberships. The annual founding offer is $99/month equivalent for the first year, followed by the standard annual-term rate of $129/month. The founding monthly option is $129/month with 30 days’ cancellation notice; the standard monthly rate is $149/month.
No. It puts you on the list. A member of the Kiln team will reach out, and you become a member when you complete the membership sign-up. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a founding place.
House Membership opens Daybreak only. You can purchase day passes for other Kiln locations. Club Membership is a separate option for network access.
Club, Resident Desk and Private Office members can use Kiln Daybreak as their business address. House memberships do not include one.
The shared House is built for productive work during 9–5, with calls and formal meetings moving into appropriate rooms. Evenings and weekends make room for approved gatherings.

Absolutely. Once the space nears completion, waitlist members get first access to tours, join the list and we’ll reach out.
Yes, free parking steps from the door, and the house is an easy walk from the ballpark, shops, dining, and the TRAX station.
Guests are welcome. The space is as much yours as it is ours — bring someone along for a coffee or a working session.
