About Sarah:
With the fundamentals, breath, and what feels good in the body at the foundation of her teaching, Sarah enjoys leading everything from upbeat and flowy vinyasa to grounding and restorative yin. Her guidance and wisdom is rooted in a variety of yoga lineages, including Baptiste Power Vinyasa, yoga therapy, yin, and Primal Flow. Sarah is also a Certified Warriors at Ease Yoga Teacher and teaches yoga as a modality for healing to veterans. While Sarah believes the physical benefits of yoga are endless, she deeply values yogic philosophy as well as the mental and spiritual benefits of this life-long practice.
