We’re proud to share that Kiln Co-Founder and CEO, Arian Lewis, has been honored as one of Utah Business’s CEOs of the Year for 2025.
This recognition reflects not only Arian’s visionary leadership, but the collective effort of the entire Kiln family— the team, partners, and members who have brought this community to life over the years.
Since co-founding Kiln in 2018 with Leigh Radford, Arian has helped lead the company from its startup roots to becoming an industry-leading coworking and flex office brand. Today, Kiln serves over 5,000 members and 2,000 businesses across 17 locations in seven states — and none of it would be possible without the passion, grit, and dedication of our incredible team.
“Together, we’ve created spaces where people and businesses thrive — where connection, creativity, and community power exceptional work. With new locations opening in Holladay, UT; Rancho Bernardo, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Bozeman, MT; and Fort Collins, CO in 2025 — and even more on the horizon — the journey is just getting started.”
In the face of changing workplace dynamics, Arian continues to champion human-centered innovation: “Agentic AI will further highlight the need for creative, human-centric problem-solving. At Kiln, we are focused on developing more solutions to help our members collaborate and solve problems. The general RTO (return-to-office) trend is causing rifts within companies. Employees want to prioritize lifestyle and employers want better productivity. Both parties’ needs can be met through Kiln.”
We’re honored by this recognition alongside so many incredible Utah based CEO’s, and even more grateful for the members that call Kiln home.
Here’s to continuing to build something meaningful, together.
