Please join us for the Spring 2019 Social Investors Forum (SIF), our pitch day for social good, on June 5th at Kiln, Salt Lake City. This event brings nonprofit organizations in front of local investment professionals to pitch their innovative, sustainable, and impactful programs.
On Feb 14, 2014, the Community Foundation of Utah hosted the first SIF as a venue for organizations to pitch innovative and sustainable ideas for solving social problems. Since 2014, $398,500 has been awarded to social enterprises by the SIF Investment Committee, a group of subject matter experts with a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability in the social sector. In addition to investments of capital, selected organizations may also receive guidance on investment and management strategy from members of the Investment Committee.
