Magnet - A Different Kind Of Networking
Kiln Portland, Kitchen
January 14, 2026
5:30pm - 7:00pm PST
What if the person who could further your career was already looking for you? What if a room full of people knew exactly the insight you sought?

Here’s how this event works:
-Write down your “ask” on a sheet of paper (e.g. I need a web developer / I want to connect with someone in Prague).
-Your sheet gets a number, which matches your name tag.
-Everyone checks the board of asks and chooses at least 3 people to connect with.
-To connect, write your name + sheet number on a Post-It and stick it on their sheet.

This event is about more than just meeting people—it’s about helping each other get what we’re looking for. We have 10 FREE tickets for Kiln members! Use code MagnetKiln at checkout and reserve your spot through the Read More section.

Stress Reset
Kiln Portland, Pink Room
January 21, 2026
4:30pm - 5:45pm PST
Ah, January.

A time of semi-delusional hopefulness, pressure to “get motivated,” and overcrowded workout spaces. Maybe you love the chance to reset for the year ahead. Or maybe you rebelliously set an intention not to set an intention.

This month’s Stress Reset offers a calm, structured space to step out of mental overload and into clear, motivating intentions that actually fit your life.

Instead of pushing harder or setting more goals, this session focuses on clarifying what genuinely deserves your energy right now. From there, you’ll translate that clarity into a small number of realistic, meaningful intentions designed to feel natural and sustainable.

You’ll find a guided, practical space alongside other Kiln members, with simple values-based exercises and thoughtful prompts. There’s no pressure to share more than you want to. No performative productivity. Just space to think clearly and make intentional choices.

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH:
A clear sense of what matters most to you right now
Fewer, more meaningful intentions
Less mental noise about what you should be doing
A grounded starting point for the year ahead

Free for Kiln members. Tea and snacks provided.
Led by Darcy Dittrich, MA · Leadership & Resilience Coach

This works best as a small group, so space is limited.
